There are over 30 Finnish infrastructure industry organizations as clients in the service. The service provides the client tools that allow them to concentrate on developing and constructing a high quality living environment by supplying continuous, updated information concerning the cost effects of the end product.

The service has been developed at Rapal Ltd in cooperation with nine major Finnish infrastructure clients. The development consortium has included the Finnish Road Administration (Tiehallinto), the Finnish Rail Administration (RHK) and the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu
